Yes! This is an update! please don't faint!

Just when you thought you'd gotten rid of me, I pop up again! Oh well, keep hoping.

I have broken things off with J. It turns out he is a compulsive liar, Don't I know how to pick them?

I've gotten over it. Life is far too short to waste time over bastards. I'm getting on with my life.

I have to stop smoking because besides it being disgusting and unhealthy, I appear to be developing asthma. I have to make a doctor's appointment. I keep waking in the night unable to breathe. If I do have asthma, that will make 3 out of 5 siblings who suffer from it.
Probably because our parents all smoke.
(My mum and dad smoke, plus both step-parents). I am angry with myself because I stopped for about 4 years before starting again. How stupid am I? Don't answer that, I already know the answer.

I'm feeling upbeat and optimistic...long may it last!
